• All unworn, unwashed clothing in new condition, with original tags attached, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Returns and exchanges are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Undergarments

• Personal care items (skincare, beauty products)

Return Process:

1. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with tags still attached.

2. Return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Store credit will be issued once the return is processed.

4. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.

Note: Items that do not meet the above criteria (worn, washed, missing tags, or outside the 14-day window) are not eligible for return or exchange.
